Job Description In your new role you will:
Be responsible for definition and creation of new generation o f DC/DC regulators
and Multiphase power controllers. Plan,
Execute Go-to-Market strategies
working with our channel partners and value chain to influence the adoption of Power Management ICs and solutions. Drive products and solutions roadmap for the
Automotive
AI computing power management ICs with experience in
Functional Safety (FuSa)
standards and certification. Introduce new
product/system ideas
with a strong business impact through inputs/cooperation with SoC vendors, end customers and regional sales and marketing colleagues Define silicon requirements
for R&D with clear value proposition analyzing customer needs in systems architecture driving overall portfolio Be responsible for the commercial success of selected
R&D projects
as the project owner, customer communication and strategic decisions. Develop & execute
Go-To-Market strategies
& plans to establish Infineon as a leader in Automotive AI Power segments Work with the outbound
marketing team
and publish content such as technical webinars, articles and white paper Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Masters degree
(or higher) in Electrical Engineering (or related field) 8 years
of work experience in SoC power management product and/or related power tree system development with a strong emphasis on execution, winning projects and enabling revenues Experience in
applications or systems engineering
in the semiconductor industry interfacing lead customer projects Experience in both
hardware and software
development methods and ISO-26262 FuSa principles Customer focused
analytical approach
to problem solving, willingness to get hands-on and understand solution architecture & silicon requirements Experience supporting
automotive
customers A strong
team player
with excellent leadership skills Ability to work in a
dynamic matrix environment Fluency in
English
