Were looking for a Senior Consultant
This role acts as the primary link between the firm and its clients, requiring a strong communications background, diligence, adaptability, and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple clients and tasks across diverse cultural contexts is essential. Proven experience in media collaboration and managing executive-level clients is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple strategic projects, ensuring KPI achievement. Oversee international projects across the USA, Dominican Republic, Panama, Guatemala, Honduras, and Peru. Develop improvement proposals based on data analysis and insights. Execute high-impact digital communication projects and strategies. Design and implement digital strategies aligned with client goals. Lead campaign planning and execution, optimizing KPIs. Coordinate content strategies for social leadership and influence campaigns. Develop social intelligence tools for strategic insights. Provide strategic consulting to clients. Drive new business development and strategic proposals. Act as a trusted advisor on communication and reputation management. Lead crisis communication initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
Required Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred. 3-5 years in corporate affairs, public sector, or communication agencies. Fluency in English and Spanish. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills. Strategic thinking and long-term planning abilities. Analytical skills to interpret data. Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
