We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled
GIS Analyst (Records Specialist III)
to join our team in Canonsburg, PA. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of asset data related to Small Cell infrastructureincluding Hubs, Nodes, poles, equipment, and geographic location information. This role supports the implementation and ongoing management of Small Cell data across enterprise systems and works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Network Records System (NRS). Key Responsibilities: Ensure the accuracy, compliance, and completeness of Small Cell asset data within various record-keeping systems. Maintain and update records in the Network Records System (NRS), including GIS mapping, asset tracking tools, and property management software. Review and analyze construction drawings, engineering designs, and asset change requests to ensure database accuracy. Monitor and verify proposed updates to Small Cell assets, including nodes, hubs, poles, and associated equipment. Work collaboratively with engineering, construction, and field teams to gather data, resolve discrepancies, and validate asset locations. Conduct quality assurance and data integrity audits for Small Cell records and mapping systems. Provide reporting and documentation support to internal teams and ensure data is in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions. Support data migration, system enhancements, or process improvements as needed. Required Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelors degree in
Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Accounting , or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
