Technical Content Writer
Location: Dallas/Atlanta
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Technical Writer to support our cross-functional engineering and product teams. This role will be instrumental in documenting complex systems and processes across blockchain development, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with specific knowledge of corporate actions and collateral management workflows
Responsibilities:
- Producing high-level structures and documentation for technical solutions/ products
- Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements
- Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Working on the content in Confluence Space and creating User-Facing Page Template
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Minimum 7 years of experience related to the job description.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Experience in writing for fin-tech industry is good to have
- Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard technical style guides
