Job Overview:
As a Product Producer for Music, you will be part of the Product Operations team, supporting the Music Service in collaboration with Product Management, Human Interface, Content Design, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams. You will manage a portfolio of programs, deliver new capabilities, and oversee a roadmap of features. This role involves driving processes, workflows, and standards for the Product Management team, preparing product demos, executive reviews, and keynote materials. A key focus will be ensuring integrated and seamless customer experiences while juggling competing priorities and advocating for exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects end-to-end, including creating and updating project plans, setting milestones, and delivering on deadlines.
- Track and communicate project milestones and scope changes.
- Organize weekly team meetings, distribute updates, and close open items.
- Manage large cross-functional project meetings and reviews.
- Coordinate leadership reviews and demos.
- Identify key stakeholders and ensure vital parties are included to move work forward.
- Coordinate Product deliverables for go-to-market activities.
- Communicate clearly in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Champion the implementation of studio processes.
- Plan and lead workshop sessions.
- 7+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in tech, focusing on media or digital entertainment products.
- Background in user experience, product management, or creative operations; operations for Product teams is a plus.
- Strategic intuition to foster synergies among teams and develop cross-product connections.
- Ability to operate on differing project timelines and evolve project plans to meet specific needs.
- Deep familiarity with entertainment products and digital services, including the relationship between hardware, software, and services.
- Aptitude for grasping complex concepts and quickly learning new technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, facilitate complex discussions, and handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to a variety of audiences.
- Objective approach to problem-solving to drive alignment in a debate-driven culture.
- Top-notch organization and prioritization skills, an outstanding work ethic, and a discreet, trustworthy nature.

Pay Range: $70 - $75
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
