Piping Designer

Overview

Evergreen Engineering is seeking an experienced Piping Designer to join our team, focusing on the layout, design, and drafting of complex piping and mechanical systems for heavy industrial and manufacturing projects.

Compensation

Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Evergreen Engineering Inc. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• 3D modeling of industrial piping systems, orthographic and isometric drawings, pipe routing, supports, valves, and thermal expansion.
• Design and drafting of mechanical systems: conveyors, HVAC, pneumatics, and material handling equipment.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary projects including structural steel, industrial buildings, site work, electrical drawings, PFDs, and P&IDs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in piping design and drafting.
• Knowledge of pipe supports, welding symbols, pipe specs, and P&IDs.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Plant 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Experience in wood products, chemical, pulp & paper, or metals industries is a plus.
• Must have U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
• MondayFriday with flexible hours, including half-day Fridays; initial in-office expectation with hybrid/telecommuting options after onboarding.
