Overview

Vice President, Creator Health & Wellness (Influencer) at Zeno Group. We are looking for a Vice President, Influencer to join our growing Digital Health and Wellness team within the ZDX group, focusing on Health + Wellness clients across our portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Drive influencer marketing programs and lead teams to concept, plan, execute and report on campaigns.
• Build and manage client relationships, present concepts, develop strategies, manage budgets, conduct research and negotiations, and provide clear POVs on digital trends.
• Collaborate across integrated teams including health + wellness, paid amplification and analytics; staff and lead the H&W digital team.
• Lead budgeting negotiations with influencers and agents to meet budgeting parameters.
• Demonstrate leadership and coaching to junior team members; manage staffing grids and allocations to balance workload and anticipate resourcing needs.
• Engage with planning and creative teams to drive business outcomes; serve as a trusted advisor on emerging technologies, influencers and trends.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of digital/social marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of paid social and how it interacts with influencer marketing.
• Understanding of health and wellness dynamics in communications, including regulatory considerations.
• Growth mindset and ability to contribute to client and business development while building a health creator specialist team.
• Excellent storytelling, organization, attention to detail and collaborative spirit.
• Strong project management skills, including drafting contracts, negotiating fees, and cross-team execution.
• Expert grasp of social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
• Ability to work with planning and creative teams to drive business outcomes; strong client management skills.

Pay range: $135,000 - $180,000 per year.

Pay and benefits note: An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, location, performance, travel requirements, contractual agreements, and business needs. The range is part of DJE Holdings total compensation and may include bonuses, PTO, and region-specific benefits.
