Marketing Coordinator – Nutritional Health Products

Location: Manalapan, NJ (On-site, Full-Time)

Compensation: $70,000 (Base + Commission = 100k opportunity)

About the Role

Our client, a leader in professional-grade nutritional supplements, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives. Working directly under the Marketing Manager, this role is designed for a high-potential candidate with 2–5 years of experience who is eager to contribute, grow, and ultimately take on greater leadership responsibilities.

The flagship product you’ll promote is a breakthrough in natural health and medicine, selling the first and only all-natural growth-factor complex which targets the bone and cartilage growth pathways so the body can grow new healthy bone and cartilage tissue. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives

• Coordinate content creation, digital campaigns, and event/trade show support

• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and report findings to the marketing team

• Support day-to-day operations, including project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination

• Collaborate with sales and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning

• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for optimization

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of marketing experience (nutritional supplements, wellness, CPG, or related industry preferred)

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Computer literacy with marketing tools, CRM, and reporting platforms

• Demonstrated initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

• Ambition to develop into management—seeking growth, not just a static support role
