Overview
SharePoint Web Developer at CAC I International Inc.
Time Type: Full time. Minimum Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph. Location: Annapolis Junction, MD / McLean, VA (as per postings).
Responsibilities
- Develop SharePoint from out-of-the-box to custom applications and UX/UI across versions (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Online, O365) including large lists and libraries, permissions, site structures, custom workflows, and Microsoft best practices.
- Integrate and develop multiple data sources to provide customized dashboards for senior management and government clients.
- Work with programming languages and scripting methods including Python, PHP, Java, Bash, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Create secure application systems utilizing IC or DoD security guidelines.
- Experience with DEVOPs tools such as a version control system.
- Lead with software testing, documentation, and training.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree and 8 years of experience, or 2 additional years of experience with an AA/AS, or 4 additional years with a HS diploma in lieu of a degree.
- TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
- Experience with ITIL framework, high availability, and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, SSRS Report Designer.
- Knowledge of PHP applications (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
- Experience with 508 compliance.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SharePoint migrations.
- Website design experience and ability to establish operational plans for technical areas.
- Experience communicating with executive leadership.
Desirable
- Experience using ServiceNow Agile or SAFE capabilities.
- Experience with knowledge management, taxonomy, folksonomy.
- Experience creating/managing web governance, policies, and procedures.
- Experience developing PHP front-end applications and applets.
- Experience with SQL and MySQL.
- Microsoft SharePoint certification (MCSA, MTA), Teamwork Administrator, Power Platform certification, 365 Certification.
- Knowledge of developing for Azure or AWS cloud environments.

Pay Range
The proposed salary range for this position is $103,800 - $218,100, plus comprehensive benefits including healthcare, retirement, and professional development opportunities. Final offered salary is determined by multiple factors including location, experience, skills, and certifications.
