We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist - Enterprise to join the North America Field Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience driving the execution of multifaceted field events, working closely with the Senior Manager, Field Marketing, Enterprise, in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing, Enterprise, to execute an integrated North America field marketing plan supporting prospecting, pipeline development, sales opportunity acceleration, expansion, retention, and growth.
  • Plan includes regional events, online events, ABM, partner, channel, and sales field events. Manage logistics and execution, including marketing tactics, ancillary events (customer dinners, speaking opportunities), staffing, giveaways, booth property, and lead capture strategies.
  • Manage program budgets, expenses, and travel schedules.
  • Ensure flawless execution of all programs; develop processes for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales leadership and regional teams to support the plan.
  • Maximize branded/supported events to reach target customers and meet or exceed opportunity goals.
  • Oversee the North America Field Marketing event budget, tracking expenses and managing budget reconciliations and accruals.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and seek vendor program optimizations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Product Marketing, Demand Marketing, Business Development, Channel Sales, Creative Services, Content, PR, Social Media, and Web Team.
  • Provide consulting to Business Development, Channel Sales, and Sales Leadership for quarterly event planning.
  • Conduct post-program assessments to measure ROI and optimize future programs.
  • Update and adjust strategies to meet market, sales, and business needs.
  • Travel up to 50-60% to attend events.
Key Skills:
  • 3+ years in event and tradeshow marketing, planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Exceptional budgeting and vendor management skills.
  • Experience managing booth properties, swag vendors, printing vendors, and tradeshow management companies.
  • Experience managing at least 20 events/year.
  • Basic understanding of tools like SFDC and Marketo.
  • Strong MS Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organization and team collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Work Location: This role is fully remote for candidates outside a 50-mile radius of San Ramon. For those within 50 miles, a hybrid schedule (3 days/week) is required.

As part of our commitment to equity and inclusion, Five9 supports pay transparency. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, certifications, and location. The salary range is $52,900$123,400 USD, with potential bonuses, stock options, and other incentives.
