Position Summary As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager of Offline Media, you will play a critical role in driving new user acquisition through scaling existing offline channels as well as finding new opportunities to test into. This role will focus on developing a strategic testing framework, driving efficient and scalable growth, and building a performance-driven media strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Creative, and Product, to develop comprehensive tests and growth strategies. You will also manage media agency relationships to ensure media plans are optimized and are driving impact. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000 to $198,000, plus equity and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of working from our offices in Mountain View 2 times per week. What You’ll Do:

Own the offline marketing growth strategy to drive monthly volume and efficiency goals Scale TV marketing campaigns (Linear, OTT/CTV) by identifying optimizations, building a robust testing framework, and finding areas of opportunity to scale into Manage audio campaigns (radio, podcast, streaming) with a focus on expansion with new programming and creative testing Identify and explore opportunities into new channels (OOH, Direct Mail, etc.) Partner closely with analytics to test attribution logic and run incrementality tests Influence new product launch strategy and brand awareness campaigns What We’re Looking For:

7+ years of experience in offline marketing with a strong focus on TV (Linear, OTT/CTV), Radio, and Podcast Strong analytical skills with the ability to set up tests, interpret data and make informed decisions to improve performance Collaborative and communicative - able to work cross-functionally with analytics, creative, product, and media agencies Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail Proficiency in SQL is a plus Bonus: Background in fintech or consumer apps At EarnIn, we believe that the best way to build a financial system that works for everyday people is by hiring a team that represents our diverse community.
