Digital Communications Developer

Responsible for the planning, building, testing, and deployment of customer-facing dynamic email communications, including frameworks and automations to enable enterprise personalized communications. Lead the development of a comprehensive email program, encompassing all aspects of email best practices such as targeted/segmented content, personalized content, and automated trigger emails. Responsibilities
Oversee a team executing new email campaigns from initial concept through end-to-end coding and campaign ID tagging within the email service provider platform. Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Lead a team of email developers and deployment specialists. Oversee the planning, execution, and success of technical digital communication projects. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build scalable platforms for personalized digital communications. Develop methods to create dynamic email content based on customer history, targeting, A/B split testing, live content, and more. Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications
Minimum Experience working with large databases. Experience using Adobe Analytics. Experience with email marketing reputation and list hygiene tools (e.g., Litmus, Return Path). 5+ years of experience coding complex, personalized email campaigns. Proficiency in HTML, AMPscript (Salesforce), and CSS coding for email. Understanding of database table design and structure. High accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing requirements. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions. Knowledge of email, push notifications, SMS/MMS, and channel regulations including CAN SPAM Act. Desired Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field.
