Salary:
$80,000 - $120,000 annually We are looking for a responsible Marketing Enthusiast who is an expert in building programs and managing the systems required to generate consistent inbound lead traffic. The ideal candidate will utilize Marketo to its fullest potential, employing all available features to load the top of the funnel, and must know the SFDC integration part as well. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or able to work in the US without corporate sponsorship. Manage expectations and collaborate effectively with multiple groups. Apply best practices in Marketo and SFDC with a hands-on approach. Have an excellent understanding of Lead Management, Lead Routing, and Life-cycle Management. Adopt a strategic approach considering optimization and scalability in marketing technologies. Review program requirements, identify optimization areas, and update on email marketing campaigns and programs. Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions supporting business needs. Manage large data sets, maintaining data health and quality. Monitor key performance metrics, dashboards, and alert leadership when action is needed. Manage Lead Quality, Lead Scoring, and Lead Routing in Marketo. Assess ad hoc analytic requests and determine the best approach and team support. Advise on data requirements for analysis and ensure findings are visualized effectively for stakeholders. Must Haves:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Program and project management skills are essential. 3-5 years of Marketo experience and 2-3 years of Salesforce experience. Self-motivated, passionate about marketing automation, and eager to learn and grow. Team player with experience creating dashboards and reports, capable of preparing executive slides.
