33SIXTY is a design-focused company representing the most sophisticated brands in contemporary Italian living. As the operator of the Boffi | DePadova showroom in San Francisco, we curate and create holistic interior environments defined by timeless design, technical precision, and Italian craftsmanship. Boffi San Francisco showcases the full range of Boffi’s architectural solutions—from kitchens and baths to wardrobes, wall systems, and ADL interior doors and partitions.

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with a passion for and experience in crafting bespoke kitchens and baths to join our San Francisco team. This is a full-time, in-person role based in our showroom, working closely with clients, designers, and contractors to develop and execute refined, integrated interior environments, with a particular focus on our world-class kitchen and bath systems.

Please note: Candidates must currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and have prior professional experience. Recent graduates and remote applicants will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, interior designers, and architects to create and execute innovative, high-end kitchen and bath designs using Boffi's sophisticated systems.
  • Act as the primary design expert for all kitchen projects, from initial client consultation and space planning to product selection and final installation details.
  • Integrate complex kitchen systems, including millwork, appliances, and plumbing, into a cohesive and functional design.
  • Develop comprehensive space plans, technical drawings, and elevations for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, wall systems, and interior doors.
  • Conduct site visits to document existing conditions, support field measurements, and ensure accuracy of final installation.
  • Ensure thoughtful and seamless integration of Boffi products within residential or commercial architectural contexts.
  • Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings and material boards as needed for client presentations.
  • Provide design expertise and product knowledge throughout the project lifecycle—from concept to installation.
  • Coordinate with the Italian factory and internal logistics teams to ensure accuracy in order specifications.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Boffi systems and technical capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, or equivalent).
  • 3–7 years of experience in high-end residential architectural or interior design, with a demonstrated portfolio of completed kitchen and bath projects. Experience with European kitchen systems is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Deep understanding of spatial planning, detailing, and built-in systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting design concepts to clients.
  • Collaborative and proactive work ethic with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen and bath layouts, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with Boffi or similar high-end modular systems is preferred.
  • Must be comfortable with site visits and occasional travel within the Bay Area.

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with a globally renowned design brand in a flagship showroom.
