Responsibilities
- Further developing and executing the global marketing strategy for one of the divisions (> USD 150M revenue)
- Leading, coaching, and growing a cross-regional team of 20 employees in Marketing Communications and Product Marketing
- Driving brand awareness and implementing digital lead and demand generation initiatives
- Overseeing multi-channel campaign management, including events, media, advertising, and email marketing
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all regions and platforms
- Aligning all communication activities with overarching corporate goals and priorities
- Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance using KPIs and ROI-driven metrics
Profile / Qualifications
- Combines empathy and natural authority with clear communication, structured thinking, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a technical field with relevant marketing experience
- Extensive B2B marketing and communications expertise, ideally in the field of industrial hardware and software products
- Strong knowledge of digital lead generation, customer journeys, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Proven track record in strategic communication, brand positioning, and content marketing for technical audiences
- Experience in leading international teams, managing budgets, and aligning with key stakeholders across functions
- Availability for travelling
