Overview
Sr. Technical Product Marketing Mgr, Software, eero Marketing — Amazon/eero. This highly visible role leads marketing for key software and service offerings including eero Plus, eero Insight, and support for eero for service providers (ESP). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development, lead GTM strategies for new software features and services, manage growth and lifecycle of the eero Plus subscription, and oversee in-market performance for software across multiple customer segments.
As eero grows, you will develop an overarching marketing and go-to-market strategy for part of eero’s software portfolio, including strategic business planning, target audiences, market segments, business opportunities, and GTM strategies for different customers. You will own software positioning and messaging, pricing, sales forecasting, research & insights, and provide thought leadership to marketing and executive teams. The role requires strong cross-functional coordination and excellent verbal and written communication, with frequent executive interactions and collaboration across regions.
This role is global and involves building strong internal relationships within eero/Amazon and with external partners, influencing internal teams to deliver results for business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Be the end-to-end marketing owner for eero Plus premium subscription offering.
- Lead product marketing strategy for eero Plus including audience segmentation, positioning, messaging, and core value proposition; evaluate pricing and bundling for B2C and B2B audiences.
- Determine feature prioritization, messaging, marketing activation opportunities, branding, pricing, naming, and claims ahead of new features, services, and software launches.
- Post-launch, identify customer-obsessed product enhancements, analyze competitors, and create sales enablement materials for key audiences.
- Collaborate with product to improve eero Plus value proposition using customer insights and engagement data.
- Develop a growth marketing plan for eero Plus (on-site merchandising, lifecycle marketing, upsell, partner marketing, etc.).
- Own understanding and attainment of key engagement metrics for eero Plus.
- Own GTM strategy/execution for select software and service features across D2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels.
- Lead product marketing and GTM for the eero Insight product offering, including messaging and support for B2B positioning, sales enablement, and product adoption.
- Support eero ESP by providing messaging/positioning and developing GTM assets for new features or improvements.
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand software features and benefits customers seek and how eero can uniquely deliver them.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners (product, sales, finance, design, agencies) to deliver results.
- Role is global; build internal relationships across eero/Amazon and influence other regions.

About the team
eero’s Global Marketing Team focuses on fast, reliable wifi through full funnel marketing initiatives, serving end users, small businesses, and internet service providers (B2C, B2B, B2B2C). The team is results-oriented and drives toward sales and revenue goals.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Proven track record of developing and delivering go-to-market plans
- Proven track record of building end-to-end growth and engagement marketing plans for consumer or B2B subscription offerings
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management; reliable at meeting deadlines
- Technical category experience or willingness to become technically versed in networking/Wi‑Fi
- Passion for experimentation and continuous learning
- Detail-oriented with a willingness to take risks
- Creativity with demonstrated examples of innovative thinking in marketing
- Strong experience in research & insights to inform product strategy and marketing programs
