About Juniper Square

We are on a mission to unlock the full potential of private markets. Privately owned assets like commercial real estate, private equity, and venture capital make up half of our financial ecosystem yet remain inaccessible to most people. We are digitizing these markets to bring efficiency, transparency, and access to one of the most productive corners of our financial ecosystem. If you care about making the world a better place by making markets work better through technology – all while contributing as a member of a values-driven organization – we want to hear from you.

Juniper Square offers employees a variety of ways to work, from fully remote roles to in-office opportunities. We invest in digital-first operations to enable collaboration across 27 U.S. states, 2 Canadian provinces, India, Luxembourg, and England. We also maintain physical offices in San Francisco, New York City, Mumbai, and Bangalore for employees who prefer to work in an office part or all of the time.

About Your Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll execute our field marketing strategy with a focus on planning and managing hosted events and collaborating with channel partners on joint marketing initiatives. You’ll thrive if you are skilled at building relationships and creating experiences that nurture and generate leads to strengthen our partner ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Hosted and Channel Event Management: Lead planning and execution of small to medium-sized hosted events (e.g., executive dinners, experiential events, roundtables, lunch-and-learns). Coordinate all event logistics (venue, catering, speakers, A/V, attendee registration). Develop and manage pre- and post-event communications to maximize attendance and timely lead follow-up. Provide channel partners with marketing materials for successful co-branded events. Track event performance against goals and share insights. Collaborate with sales and channel partners to ensure events align with goals and are executed successfully.
  • Marketing & Lead Management: Serve as a brand ambassador at events, communicate the company’s value proposition, and build connections with attendees and partners. Capture high-quality leads and insights and ensure timely CRM entry (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo). Partner with sales for effective lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Administrative & Budgetary: Support marketing budget tracking for hosted and partner events. Maintain and update the event calendar. Prepare event reports with outcomes, key learnings, and ROI. Keep an organized inventory of event materials and promotional items.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with emphasis on event, field, or channel marketing.
  • Proven success planning and executing small-scale hosted events.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners, ideally in a channel marketing or partner-facing role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple event tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Marketo; experience with Asana and Splash is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time.
  • Comfortable with the physical requirements of event support (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation includes base salary and benefits. U.S. and Canadian base salary range: $71,000-$90,000. Actual base salary based on experience, skillset, location, and local pay requirements.
  • Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage; life insurance; mental wellness coverage; fertility and growing family support; flexible time off; paid family, medical, and bereavement leave; retirement plans; home-office setup allowance; and an annual professional development stipend.
