Become a Key Player as a Marketing Technologist (Data/Systems).

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain data views in Power BI for monitoring progress and KPI reporting.
  • Develop scalable workflow processes using Adobe Workfront and Fusion to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage program scope, objectives, and success metrics to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution requirements and drive consensus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level implementations and post-implementation support for marketing systems.
  • Proven ability to define and monitor KPIs aligned with program management.
  • Experience using Power BI, Fusion, and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills to collect and analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Relevant courses in database management and data analytics.

Pay range and compensation package

$65.51 - $82.00/hour
