This is a full-time role based in Saudi Arabia within the Gas Venture department. Job Overview We are seeking an LNG Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our Gas Venture department. The department sources and develops international gas value chain opportunities (upstream, liquefaction, marketing, regasification), coordinates execution, and manages investments post-transaction. The objective is to create a viable, material integrated global gas business by 2035. Your primary role is to liaise with the commercial business development team to develop the supply side of the LNG business and lead contract negotiation and management for LNG sourcing contracts. You will coordinate with Aramco’s LNG trading desk to optimize the Company’s LNG portfolio. On the sales side, you will reach out to market participants to test demand appetite and negotiate/finalize sales contract terms. Key Responsibilities Responsible for originating, negotiating, finalizing, and managing LNG sales contracts. Identify and shortlist potential buyers through personal networks, Aramco client network, or Market Intelligence reports. Assess potential buyer counterparty risk (due diligence on operations, financials, management, history, capital structure, credit worthiness, governance, country risk, etc.). Liaise with support departments to ensure sales contracts comply with local and global regulatory regimes (taxation, transport regulations, etc.). Monitor the supply-demand balance of the LNG portfolio and take measures to keep it within the acceptable range; manage the portfolio and develop an optimized commercial strategy. Coordinate with teams generating long- and short-term supply contracts (>1 year) as required by the International Gas strategy; define required supply contracts to stay within exposure limits per index. Monitor portfolio balance and implement mitigation measures; oversee all sales contracts and liaise with Strategy and Business Development. Engage Origination in Mergers & Acquisitions task force led by Business Development; oversee Origination’s assessment of economic viability of investment opportunities in assets. Graduate qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Experience: 15 years in Gas Ventures, including 10 years in sales with a track record of closing sales agreements. Extensive international experience in sales and supply origination in gas & LNG; strong management skills. Extensive knowledge of Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA). Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and with multi-disciplinary teams.
