We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Contract Sr. Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to optimize and scale our digital marketing infrastructure through impactful use cases and AI-led initiatives. This role will support ongoing workstreams in Lead Generation & Management, Marketing Asset migration to Adobe AEM, and optimization of Marketing Performance dashboards and adoption. This role will impact efforts in developing seamless and efficient marketing operations. This is a contract (temporary) role requiring 4 days per week onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in Lisle, IL. Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Infrastructure Support successful scaling of future-forward approaches to lead generation and management efforts. Develop Business Requirements and Functional Requirements documents to support efforts such as migration of marketing assets to Adobe AEM. Develop Business Requirements and Functional Requirements documents to support ongoing efforts with tie-in to Digital Marketing needs and scope. Oversee the utilization and adoption of tools such as Sales App to inform future investments. Marketing Performance Measurement and Optimization Oversee ongoing backlog and prioritization of Performance dashboard evolution and support adoption of insights generation and application in future campaign design and operations. Serve as a liaison across cross-functional and marketing team members to support content and discussions at forums such as Marketing Collaboration Board and Marketing Performance Board. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor\'s degree At least 5 years of internet marketing experience OR Master\'s degree At least 3 years of internet marketing experience OR At least 7 years of internet marketing experience Additional Requirements

Proven experience in marketing operations or related field. Prior experience in working with/managing agency partner relationships Experience in B2B marketing, especially in Heavy Equipment Manufacturing, Industrials, Power Sports Equipment, etc. Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, attribution modeling, and funnel metrics. Experience with marketing automation, CRM integration, and campaign execution. Strong experience in process design and optimization Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field is preferred Excellent project management and communication skills. Analytical – insights generation, visualization and reporting. Cross-functional collaboration – enjoys connecting and collaborating with peers and stakeholders across functions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Benefits and Compensation
