Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remarketing Auction Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring vehicles complete all required auction preparation phases and are ready for sale. You will work closely with auction personnel, Remarketing team members, and internal departments to coordinate and streamline processes.

Responsibilities

Manage vehicle inventory and ensure all auction preparation phases are completed to support timely and compliant sales.

Ensure vehicles are scheduled for auction only after the expiration of the legally mandated sale date, in full compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure holds are promptly removed, titles are correctly delivered to and received by the auction, and vehicles are thoroughly prepared for sale.

Monitor inventory from auction assignment through sale, ensuring efficient turnaround and accurate reporting.

Provide auction performance feedback to Auction Specialists based on internal auction standards.

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to drive recovery performance and operational efficiency.

Protect the company\'s interests by ensuring the auction actions comply with organizational goals, policies and procedures, and state and federal laws to achieve and maintain performance standards.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience

One (1) year minimum of experience in vehicle remarketing, auction management, or a similar role within the automotive industry.

Education

High school diploma, or GED required

Skills Required

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and auction platforms.

Superior attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration.

Ability to work independently and effectively while prioritizing tasks.

Analytical: able to analyze information, apply common sense, and identify solutions.

Knowledge of market and competition.

Teamwork mindset in a growing organization.

Overtime required on an as-needed basis.

Travel 0-10% as required on an as-needed basis.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to Dallas, TX.

Qualifications Preferred

Bachelors degree or four-year college degree preferred.

Understanding of remarketing principles and practices is a plus.

Work Schedule This position requires the ability to work various shifts to accommodate business needs. Typically, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. Travel is required about 10% of the time.
