Overview

Marketing Manager, Global Campaigns role at Zendesk. The position is located in San Francisco, Seattle, or Austin and focuses on the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns for flagship events AI Summit and Relate. The role partners with regional marketing, product marketing, creative, events, and sales teams to ensure flawless campaign execution from planning through post-event follow-up. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and has experience with event-based campaigns, content writing, and audience segmentation. Responsibilities

Campaign execution: Lead the execution of full-funnel demand generation campaigns for flagship events, including defining components, building integrated marketing plans, developing timelines, QAing deliverables, and making data-driven optimizations. Content creation: Produce content aligned to the buyer journey and nurture leads at every stage. Create assets (emails, digital events, reports, demos, customer spotlights, datasheets) with messaging tailored to segmented audiences and a conversion-focused strategy. Cross-functional collaboration: Serve as the central connector across internal teams and external partners, managing deliverables, timelines, and campaign goals, while proactively sharing updates and flagging risks. Campaign toolkits: Develop and maintain campaign toolkits with messaging, assets, and activation guidance for regional and partner use; gather regional feedback to improve effectiveness and scalability. Performance & optimization: Partner with marketing operations and analytics to track performance, assess pipeline impact, and design timely follow-up plans to convert engagement into qualified pipeline post-event. Qualifications

3–5 years of marketing experience in customer, campaign, or integrated marketing (Customer experience, B2B, SaaS preferred). Ability to analyze audience data to inform targeting and campaign strategies. Strong writing and messaging skills; proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns. Experience managing outside agencies and working in fast-moving environments. Creative, proactive, and collaborative with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Data-driven mindset to optimize campaign performance; excellent cross-functional communication with stakeholders at all levels. Bias for fast but thoughtful action and delivery with a high-quality bar. Offer and Workplace Information

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $103,000–$155,000. This range reflects minimum and maximum values for new hires across US locations and may include bonuses, benefits, or related incentives.
