Product Marketing Specialist

to join their team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global marketing strategies for their cutting-edge product portfolio. In this pivotal, individual contributor role, you will be instrumental in the strategic development, management, and growth of our client's device connectivity portfolio. You'll bridge the gap between creativity and strategy, designing and implementing marketing programs and pricing strategies that bring life-sustaining and life-saving products to market. Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of global product launch plans, ensuring successful market entry and adoption. Craft compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with diverse global audiences. Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive landscaping, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, sales, regulatory, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize commercial success. Develop and manage global marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Track and analyze product performance, identifying trends and recommending strategic adjustments. Serve as a product expert, educating internal teams and external stakeholders on product features, benefits, and clinical applications. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Medicine, Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in upstream marketing, product management, or similar, preferably with a device connectivity portfolio (hardware and software). An advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience will also be considered. Experience developing products for the operating room (OR) and working on integration and connected products in the OR is highly preferred. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of effective cross-organizational collaboration. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to travel approximately 15%. Note:
