Overview

Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SVP, Wilmington, DE. This role leads Citi’s SEO strategy to drive the company’s organic growth across Cards and Retail Banking, focusing on technical SEO, GEO capabilities, and organization-wide execution. Responsibilities

Set the SEO strategy for the business at large and gain buy-in from executive leadership. Lead and own the SEO scorecard KPIs, channel-level traffic, and conversion KPIs; drive execution to achieve quarterly, bi-annual and annual targets supporting company goals. Define and communicate a 12-month to 2-year plan for SEO evolution in light of Gen AI, Native LLM Search Apps and zero-click searches. Manage SEO at scale across the U.S. Personal Bank; lead growth in Conversion/Booking KPIs for Cards and Retail Bank products. Strategically grow and defend current channel performance while de-risking Acquisitions Affiliates strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Design, Legal) to pursue SEO improvements with a focus on the client experience. Lead concurrent SEO initiatives across Content, Keywords, and Technical SEO. Monitor trends and competitor movement in the financial services space for Consumer Banking products. Collaborate with 3rd party SEO vendors regarding the Enterprise SEO toolkit. Assist with audits of sites and QA of digital properties to maximize visibility. Qualifications

10+ years of proven SEO experience optimizing technically complex websites in Financial Services or eCommerce, with measurable results. Prior leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional strategic SEO initiatives. Experience with Gen AI Search (GEO) and Native LLM Search Apps in financial services or eCommerce. Experience with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Experience with Adobe Analytics for end-to-end funnel tracking and Jira/Confluence for Agile project management. Understanding of technical SEO, including evaluating HTML and JavaScript for SEO and making recommendations. Strong business judgment, analytical skills, consumer-centric mindset, and communication skills. Track record of motivating teams to deliver differentiated solutions to complex problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate strategy to key decision makers. Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$144,480.00 - $216,720.00 In addition to salary, Citi may offer incentive and retention awards.
