We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the LG NOVA team in Santa Clara, CA. This position can be hybrid.
What You’ll Do
Create product marketing materials, collateral, presentations, sales enablement materials, sales kits, product and corporate positioning, branding and messaging
Work with sales to design the customer marketing journey, go to market plan, and create marketing materials to support the customer and partner pipeline
Generate marketing and communication materials to support business goals including press materials, marketing campaign content such as articles, emails, ads, web content and other public facing materials
Develop a strong marketing strategy that supports the go to market approach, focusing on achieving business objectives in the most efficient manner with storytelling and long term brand building
Collaborate with external agencies as the extended marketing team to carry out campaigns including PR, advertising, creative, content and social media
Lead the strategic marketing process for various ventures and products in partnership with business leads and the Director of Marketing
Craft marketing positioning statements and messages, product branding, and develop marketing materials such as data sheets, presentations, and other collateral
Plan and execute go to market marketing strategies and campaigns; manage the marketing plan with hands on involvement
Lead multi tiered marketing campaigns including PR, advertising, content marketing, demand generation, and social media with internal teams and agencies
Experience We would Like You To Have
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
8+ years in corporate marketing, media, agency, Fortune 500, startups, or consulting; experience with startups and the startup ecosystem in technology
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation and copyediting skills
Experience across B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and P2P markets; business and solutions service marketing a plus
Hands-on experience with marketing campaigns, strategy, automation, and communications
Proficiency with marketing software/tools including CRM, Adobe Creative Cloud, project management, collaboration tools
Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, web, HTML and SEO
Experience with marketing automation systems such as Hubspot, Pardot, Marketo, Adobe Experience
Ability to collaborate with corporate and external stakeholders across sales, engineering, legal, and executives
Entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action in ambiguous environments
Preferences
Broad understanding of technology and applications
Interest in healthtech, cleantech and AI

Recruiting Range $120,000-$177,000 USD
