Job Summary We are seeking a
Marketing & Brand Director
to join our fast-growing, family- and veteran-owned HVAC company, Cline’s Heating and Air. As a mid-sized business with 14 employees and expanding rapidly across Spokane and Coeur d’Alene, this role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll oversee third-party marketing partners (SEO, SEM, website management) while producing high-quality in-house content including videography, photography, reels, YouTube videos, and graphic design. You’ll create campaigns, sales funnels, and marketing materials that showcase our company, elevate the owners’ personal brands, and highlight our exceptional team. You’ll also track conversions, run A/B testing, manage Google Reviews and business pages, build LinkedIn presence, and lead event participation at trade shows, community events, and company celebrations. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside industry thought leaders, build influential brands, and make a measurable impact on the growth and reputation of a respected and rapidly expanding company. This position will work closely with the owners and require occasional travel with the owners to events for content capturing.

Core Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Oversight
Manage third-party marketing vendors (SEO, SEM, website management).
Track metrics, conversions, and ROI across campaigns.
Run A/B testing and optimize sales funnels.
Oversee Google Reviews, Google Business Pages, and LinkedIn company page.
Creative Content & Media Production
Produce professional videography and photography for the company and owners’ personal brands.
Build reels, YouTube content, and short-form videos for social platforms.
Design marketing materials including brochures, sales packets, and graphics.
Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Help record and produce Podcasts with the owners.
Brand Development & Campaigns
Work closely with the owners to grow their personal brands through content and media strategy.
Develop and launch marketing campaigns that increase visibility and drive lead generation.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
Community Engagement & Events
Organize and manage company participation in home shows, trade shows, and industry events.
Plan and execute company events, such as holiday parties and recognition events.
Support networking, PR, and local market presence initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor and analyze digital performance across all platforms.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on campaign results and lead conversions.
Make recommendations for ongoing improvements to maximize ROI.
