Senior Director of Marketing, Global Partner EcosystemPega’s Partner Ecosystem team drives strategic growth through alliances with AWS, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and specialized partners. As we expand our partner-first strategy, this role will shape how we go to market with our strategic alliances and unlock new revenue streams through partner-led innovation.What You'll Do at Pega:Lead the development and execution of Pega’s global partner marketing strategy to drive ACV growth, prospect acquisition, and TAM realizationOwn the partner marketing model required for the Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with AWS and key GSIsChampion the Partner-branded Blueprint program, enabling co-branded, partner-specific solutions that leverage partner IP for joint market opportunitiesDevelop and execute partner-led and co-led marketing initiatives to penetrate new logos and expand existing client relationshipsBuild strategic relationships with CMOs and marketing teams across strategic partners, GSIs and specialized partnersDrive partner marketing differentiation strategies that enable our partners to succeed with their own clientsEstablish regional partner marketing programs across Americas, Europe, and APJ to support inbound partner-led deal flowCreate the model, build and invest in a comprehensive partner marketing team at the scale needed to support Pega’s objectivesBe the executive voice of partner marketing in senior leadership forums, representing partner ecosystem strategy in organizational planning and resource allocation decisionsDrive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, GTM, Corporate Marketing, and Partner ManagementDefine enterprise-level KPIs linking partner marketing initiatives to pipeline, ACV growth, and client engagementAlign with the partner team to maximize Marketing Development Funds (MDF) through strategic marketing initiativesDeliver executive-level reporting and strategic insights to senior leadershipWho You Are:A visionary marketing leader with 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in partner or channel marketingProven success in developing and executing global partner marketing strategies in the technology sectorExperience working within or alongside hyperscalers and GSIsStrong leadership and team-building capabilitiesExceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-level influenceHighly collaborative with a track record of cross-functional impactData-driven with strong analytical and strategic planning skillsMBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldExperience in enterprise software, cloud services, or AI/automationFamiliarity with low-code/no-code platforms and digital transformationGlobal partner marketing experience across diverse regionsUnderstanding of partner GTM models and enablement programsProficiency with marketing automation and digital technologiesWhat You've Accomplished:Led the development and execution of global partner marketing strategies that directly contributed to ACV growth, new logo acquisition, and market expansionBuilt and scaled co-marketing programs with partners, resulting in increased partner-led pipeline and accelerated client value realizationDelivered co-branded solutions that enhanced partner differentiation and client engagementEstablished regional partner marketing programs across Americas, Europe, and APJ, driving inbound partner-led deal flow and localized executionBuilt and led a high-performing global partner marketing team, fostering a culture of strategic execution and measurable impactDefined and implemented enterprise-level KPIs linking partner marketing initiatives to pipeline, ACV, and client engagement metricsMaximized Marketing Development Funds (MDF) utilization through strategic planning and performance-driven marketing initiativesDelivered executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership, influencing resource allocation and partner ecosystem strategyGartner Analyst acclaim for technology leadership across our product categoriesContinual learning and development opportunitiesInnovative, inclusive, agile, flexible, and fun work environmentCompetitive global benefits program including pay, bonus incentive, and employee equityApply NowAlready have an account?
