OverviewHead of Partner Engagement, Global Partner Marketing at Amazon Web Services (AWS) focuses on ensuring AWS is engaging partners with the information they need to maximize their AWS investments. The role covers three core areas: 1) Partner communications—linking GTM programs with the right partner, providing messaging and updates across multiple channels. 2) Partner event strategy—supporting in-person and digital engagements to enable partners and integrate them into tier-one customer events. 3) Partner experience—activations across digital and in-person channels that inform, excite and delight the partner community globally.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement partner communications that align GTM programs with partner needs and provide messaging updates across multiple channels. Create and execute partner event strategy, supporting in-person and digital engagements and enabling partner participation in tier-one customer events. Enhance partner experience through activations across digital and in-person channels to inform, excite and delight the partner community globally.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience managing teams Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social Experience leading across multiple locales

Compensation and Benefits Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is $140,500/year to $232,400/year, with variations based on market location, job knowledge, skills, and experience.
