At the heart of our mission is the belief that everyone deserves equal access to the digital world.We are seeking a strategic and driven Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market efforts, positioning, and customer engagement strategies for our suite of assistive software products. You will collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to define and execute compelling campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and retention.Scope of WorkThe duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position.Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, buyer personas etc., for JAWS, ZoomText, Fusion, and related software based on customer insights and market analysis.Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches and updates, ensuring alignment across internal teams with timely and effective GTM plans.Market & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape, customer trends, and accessibility market evolution to inform strategy and value propositions.Customer Engagement & Education: Drive awareness and adoption through webinars, tutorials, user stories, blogs, email campaigns, and presentations tailored to end users, educators, employers, and government partners.Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team and partners with tools, content, and training to effectively sell and support the software suite.Campaign Management: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, social, email, and partner channels.Metrics & Reporting: Analyze product usage, campaign performance, and market feedback to continually optimize strategy and messaging.Required Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).5+ years in product marketing, preferably in software, technology, or accessibility markets.Strong understanding of SaaS models, software lifecycles, and customer segmentation.Experience developing GTM strategies and marketing content for technical or mission-driven products.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to cross-functional teams and leadership.Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to drive initiatives from concept through execution.Passion for accessibility, inclusion, and technology that improves lives.Familiarity with assistive technologies or the blind/low vision community is a plus.Experience marketing B2B2C software products or public sector/government solutions.Global marketing experience, especially in educational or compliance-focused environments.Physical RequirementsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the person assigned to this job.
