What Youll Do
- AI-Driven Innovation Champion emerging AI design tools for image, video, and layout to push creative boundaries and streamline workflows.
- Brand Storytelling Maintain and evolve the Capriottis brand identity across digital, print, menus, and in-store experiences.
- Content Creation Design for social media, ads, email, packaging, and merchandisedeveloping compelling content that drives engagement.
- Photo/Video Capture content or leverage AI alternatives to produce food, lifestyle, and event visuals that feel authentic to the brand.
- Collaboration & Execution Partner with marketing, copywriters, and stakeholders while juggling multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- 24 years professional design experience (food & beverage industry a plus)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Canva
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (image, video, text-to-layout, automation workflows)
- Strong portfolio showing creative range across digital + social content
- Familiarity with web design/UX principles and social media trends
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
