About the Role
Our client is looking for a talented Designer to join theirGlobal Creative team. In this role, you'll bring brands to life through compelling, consumer-focused design across a wide range of product categories-from apparel to backpacks to sporting goods. You'll work under the direction of Lead Designers and the Global Creative Director to develop brand-right assets, contribute to creative brainstorming, and support the development of style guides and marketing materials.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and brings a sharp eye for design, a solid understanding of trends and consumers, and strong technical skills in vector-based graphics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Lead Designers and Global Creative Director to execute creative briefs and design tasks.
  • Create brand-right visual assets including style guides, asset packs, product mockups (2D/3D), and general graphic design support.
  • Support design needs for franchise marketing and global consumer product teams.
  • Develop graphics for a wide range of product categories such as apparel, stationery, sporting goods, backpacks, and more.
  • Deliver high-quality design work on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in style guide production and the creation of one-sheets, inspiration decks, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Research current and emerging design trends and contribute curated insights for application across the company'sbrand portfolio.
  • Take part in cross-functional brainstorms for asset development, product innovation, and marketing materials.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consumer products or apparel.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing vector-based design work-submission required for consideration.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Solid understanding of layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Licensing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to sketch or draw concepts is a bonus.
  • Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
