Day to Day
- Taking field from companies, renaming them, organizing them and putting them back up
- Very production-based work for the website
- Daily check ins w/ the team on where they're at w/ projects - must be able to directly explain where they're at w/ projects
- They'll be assigned specific brands to support, and will need to be able to jam through work quickly, following existing brand-specific guidelines
- Heavy Photoshop - they're in photoshop 90% of the time
- Lot of template work here
- 30 tickets a week - can have anywhere from 1-4 artworks that need to be designed, exported, and then published
- Each ticket can take 4-5 weeks, so it's not 30 tickets in and out w/in one week time, it's 30 tickets from an agile process (they're at different stages)
- Web banners
- Very basic- templates
- Different product graphic
- Existing artwork from the brand
- 1-3 YOE in graphic/production design
- Open to more senior people as long as they are down to be a straight do-er
- Production-oriented mindset & able to follow existing brand guidelines- not an extremely artsy role
- Photoshop
- Can you open files and diagnose it? Understand what they did? How are the layers made up? How do you make adjustments?

- Exp (or mindset/interest) in a high volume production space
- HM's biggest concern in general is finding someone that can keep up w/ the pace
