Role Overview:

Were looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to amplify Rho Nutritions brand voice and grow our digital community. Youll be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that educate, inspire, and convert our audienceranging from wellness enthusiasts to health professionals. Youll collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and operational teams to ensure our message is consistent, engaging, and on-brand. This role reports directly to the Director of Brand Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
  • Work closely with our designer to create compelling content (copy, visuals, short videos) that highlights Rhos unique product benefits, science-backed ingredients, and lifestyle positioning.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep Rhos content fresh and relevant.
  • Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering authentic connections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to optimize social media strategy and drive growth.
  • Stay updated on liposomal supplement science and wellness trends to inform content creation.
  • Attend local events in Miami to capture content.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for lifestyle, wellness, or health brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, TikTok Trends).
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex health topics into engaging, accessible content.
  • Knowledge of FDA compliance guidelines related to dietary supplements is a plus.
  • Proficient with social media management and design tools (e.g., Later, Canva, Figma).
  • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) background, with familiarity in food, supplement, or personal-care products.
  • Passion for health, nutrition, and wellness is a plus.
