We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager (Volunteer) to support our efforts in building an engaging and informative online presence. If youre creative, organized, and passionate about social media, this is a great opportunity to lead digital storytelling for a thriving business community.

About the Volunteer Role

As our Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing our presence across multiple platforms. Youll help ensure our members stay informed, engaged, and connected through strategic, timely, and brand-aligned content.

Time Commitment

13 hours per week (remote and flexible)

Key Responsibilities

  • Create monthly content calendars and manage the scheduling of posts

  • Develop engaging content that highlights news, events, and opportunities within the Network

  • Monitor and respond to follower messages and comments to encourage community engagement

  • Track performance analytics and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement

  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team on campaigns and initiatives


Qualifications

  • Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, or YouTube

  • Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills

  • Dependable, organized, and professional

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment
