Insight Global is hiring: UX Strategist in Englewood

Job Description

A customer is seeking a fully remote UX Strategist to join their team.

• Conduct User Research: Lead and conduct both qualitative and quantitative user research to gather insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points.

• Analyze Data: Review and analyze data from various sources, including web analytics and customer feedback, to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.

• Align with Business Goals: Work with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into a cohesive user experience strategy.

• Develop UX Vision & Roadmaps: Define a holistic and long-term vision for the product's user experience and create strategic roadmaps with clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Concept & Inform Design: Provide a clear vision and strategic guidance for UX designers, ensuring they have a strong understanding of the product's goals and target users.

• Can pay $50-60/h

Skills and Requirements

• User Research & Data Analysis: A deep understanding of various research methods and the ability to synthesize and interpret complex data.

• Strategic Thinking: The ability to think about the bigger picture, create a long-term vision, and develop actionable plans to achieve it.

• Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and influence diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Knowledge of business models and objectives to ensure the UX strategy directly supports organizational success.

• The ability to identify user pain points and business challenges and creatively develop strategic solutions.

• 5+ years of previous UX Researcher experience
