Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with banquet and event teams to set up and remove required audio/video technologies, ensuring all equipment is secured and maintained.

• Monitor event schedules, respond to inquiries, and proactively address support requests to enhance service delivery.

• Provide technology solutions before, during, and after events, ensuring the equipment meets the needs of the event requirements.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, offering technical expertise and suggesting additional solutions when appropriate.

• Implement security measures for equipment and ensure cables and wiring are properly installed and dressed to meet luxury resort standards.

• Assist in delivering various media formats, including audio, video, text, and animations, while adapting to the evolving event technology landscape.

• Document and improve processes under the guidance of the Technology Manager to enhance reliability, efficiency, and compliance.

• Conduct regular maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on equipment, coordinating replacements as needed and keeping teammates informed of equipment status.

• Respond calmly under pressure, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain professionalism when interacting with guests and event teams.

• Work flexible schedules aligned with event needs, demonstrating independence while providing value and support to teammates.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in audio/video technology or related field.
• Proficiency in working with associated hardware and computer systems.
• Experience with cable installation and management, including dressing and securing wires.
• Familiarity with Apple devices and their integration into event technologies.
• Strong knowledge of audio and video equipment and media formats.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and improving processes.
• Willingness to travel to other locations for training or support as needed.
