Job Title: 12-Volt Technician
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30am-5:30pm  Fri 7:30am-11:30am

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled 12-Volt Technician to join our team in Fort Myers. This role involves installing and maintaining electrical systems on firetrucks and emergency vehicles, including lights, sirens, wiring, and harnesses. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with 12-volt systems, strong attention to detail, and a background in car audio or related electrical work.

Responsibilities:

·         Install and wire emergency lights, sirens, and related 12-volt systems on firetrucks

·         Fabricate and assemble wire harnesses for custom installations

·         Drill, mount, and secure electrical components as needed

·         Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring and connections

·         Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

·         Read and follow technical diagrams or instructions

Qualifications:

·         Previous experience with 12-volt electrical systems (car stereo or similar highly preferred)

·         Basic knowledge of wiring, soldering, and electrical troubleshooting

·         Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools

·         Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow instructions

·         Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious work habits

·         Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
