Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager Job Summary:

As the Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth and demand for our AI platform by overseeing all digital and traditional marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. A critical focus for this role will be developing and driving lead generation programs to expand target markets through multi-channel, content-focused inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. This is a hybrid role requiring you to work onsite in McLean, VA two days per week.

Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns: craft and implement a comprehensive marketing campaigns encompassing digital, content, events, and social media marketing to support lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with sales, product, BDR, and customer success teams to formulate and infuse key messages, value propositions, and win themes that create competitive differentiation and market demand. Work directly with our partners and vendors to run effective demand generation programs.
  • Lead Content-Driven Campaigns: Run continuous, multi-channel campaigns that establish thought leadership, drive product awareness, and generate demand through the entire sales funnel – top funnel to close.
  • Communicate Results to Leadership: Effectively communicate marketing results to senior leadership and other team members.

Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of driving rapid revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in a startup setting.
  • 3+ years of experience using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google analytics, WordPress, etc. to track and report on marketing performance within agreed parameters and specific KPIs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in building internal and external relationships, with the ability to quickly adapt to and communicate changes in program schedules and priorities.
  • Some experience running successful account-based marketing (ABM) and BDR campaigns in partnership with Sales team.
  • Strong communication, written, and presentation skills, with relevant experience working alongside peers and senior stakeholders.
