Position Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to help implement and manage strategic marketing initiatives that drive engagement, generate leads, and strengthen brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a willingness to work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing marketing plans and materials tailored to specific campaigns or product launches
- Support the coordination and execution of promotional events, trade shows, and on-site activities
- Collaborate with the sales and client services team to understand customer feedback and market trends
- Manage printed marketing collateral and ensure materials are distributed effectively
- Conduct competitor and market research to inform campaign development
- Support branding consistency in all physical marketing initiatives and customer-facing materials
- Maintain marketing inventory, coordinate orders, and organize event assets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and project management abilities
