Reboot Staff is seeking a results-oriented Marketing Agent to develop and execute marketing strategies that support our client acquisition goals and brand positioning. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to support business growth
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment
- Create compelling copy for marketing materials, brochures, email campaigns, and internal presentations
- Track, measure, and report the performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs
- Support the development of client-facing promotional assets
- Represent the company at networking events, industry functions, and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
