Overview

Junior Graphic Designer role at IEHP. The Junior Graphic Designer will report to the Director, Brand Design & Experience. The role helps identify brand-appropriate, customer-centric design solutions to deliver on IEHP's business goals, ensure consistency, and provide a foundation for future enhancements. The incumbent will provide design support on digital and print marketing campaigns, and create items including, but not limited to: designer illustrations, brochures, posters, banner ads, kiosk graphics, and splash screens.

Responsibilities

• Identify brand-appropriate, customer-centric design solutions to deliver on IEHP's business goals and ensure consistency across materials.
• Provide design support on digital and print marketing campaigns.
• Create items including, but not limited to: designer illustrations, brochures, posters, banner ads, kiosk graphics, and splash screens.

Education & Requirements

• One (1) year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field from an accredited institution required.
• Experience designing for social-first, performance campaigns that grab consumer attention and inspire action within a noisy feed environment.
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Mac OS experience required.

Key Qualifications

• Must have a valid California driver's license.
• UX industry standards and best practices, typography, and color theory.
• Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and take them to completion, even when final tasks are outside their comfort zone.
• Travel within California for events as needed.

Pay Range

$27.43 USD Hourly - $35.66 USD Hourly
