Title: Visual Designer

Location: Bothell, WA (onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Eligibility: W2 - USC or GC only

Responsibilities

• Design visuals and UI for native mobile apps (UI for native app).
• Build polished, scalable UI that aligns with design systems and applies visual design principles (layout, color, typography, hierarchy).
• Proficiency in motion design tools (e.g., Rive, ProtoPie, After Effects) and design animations, micro-interactions, and transitions that enhance usability and brand expression.
• Skilled in building interactive prototypes to communicate flows and motion concepts.
• Consider motion accessibility in design decisions.

Qualifications

• Expert in Visual & UI Design (layout, color, typography, hierarchy).
• Visual design of native mobile apps (UI for native app) is a MUST have.
• Strong command of visual design principles and ability to create polished, scalable UI aligned with design systems.
• Experience in interactive prototypes and motion concepts.
• Understanding of motion accessibility.

Tools & Platforms

• Primary tools: Figma, Rive, Mural/FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite
• Testing platform: UserZoom
• Additional tools: ProtoPie (nice to have)
