Responsibilities

• As a Sr. UI Designer, contribute to a dynamic product design team supporting native app initiatives. Help set the direction for the apps’ visual look and feel while maintaining usability and brand alignment. Collaborate with UX & CX leads, guide product designers, and work with cross-functional teams to launch user-centered features that meet business goals.
• Assist art director and design leadership to improve visual aesthetics and maintain evolving design strategy and principles.
• Review and evaluate product design (visual/UI) from concept to delivery; provide actionable feedback to improve quality and consistency with brand standards.
• Partner with UX/CX and engineering teams to drive end-to-end design execution; advocate for feature prioritization based on user and business impact.
• Develop and grow the app design system to deliver a consistent and rich experience.
• Bridge disciplines across product, engineering, business and design teams; drive cross-team collaboration.
• Contribute to design initiatives on the product roadmap and create design concepts, sketches, wires, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Represent the app’s visual design perspective in cross-team projects and with outsourced designers when needed.
• Guide other designers in applying the design process and contribute to improving internal workflows.
• Support innovation through ideation sessions and design workshops; collaborate with researchers to inform design decisions.
• Foster a collaborative, fun culture and produce career-defining work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of visual or product design experience with a focus on human-centered interaction.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design excellence and mobile/native app experience; ability to show design thinking through case studies.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Rive, Protopie (plus ProtoPie), Mural/FigJam; prototyping experience required.
• Experience designing for Android, iOS, and React Native; web experience a plus.
• Ability to create usable, accessible, and scalable design systems.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and mentoring skills; detail-oriented and proactive.
• Understanding of UX best practices and ability to apply user research to design solutions (plus).
• Digital portfolio required; must showcase user-centered product design and mobile experiences.
• Legal authorization to work in the designated country for the position; sensitive to local regulations.
