Overview
Network Engineer (Video) – Full time position in Information Technology. Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret. Travel: Up to 50% (Continental US).
Responsibilities
- Multi-disciplined network engineer with video system experience
- Install, configure and secure video routers, switchers, encoders, and decoders
- Conduct site surveys, document findings and brief the customer on site conditions
- Analyze site survey data and develop solutions that are innovative and in compliance with DoD, Army ICAN-DI industry best practices
- Develop materials lists and work with the procurement team to source items
- Perform configuration, securing and testing in a lab environment – implement STIGs and quality checks prior to shipment to site
- Work with / lead installation team to ensure installations are performed within approved design criteria
- Perform systems acceptance testing to validate installation and transition solution to local O&M
- Develop and perform technical presentations for customers – serve as a technical resource at customer briefings
- Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies
- Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to CACI EH&S policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical area or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience (in lieu of degree) in related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft software applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Very detail oriented
- Experience using drawing tools such as Microsoft Visio or AutoCAD
- Travel to other CACI locations or customer sites as necessary requires extensive travel (up to 50%)
- Secret clearance or ability to get clearance required
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Good oral and written communications skills
Desired:
- Prior experience with Army network modernization programs
- Industry technical certifications at the associate or professional level
- Security+ certification

The proposed salary range for this position is: $90,300-$189,600
