Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and customer obsessed Risk Specialist to join the Ads Trust Policy operations team. In this role, you will be an owner, responsible for ensuring that Policy’s operational queues are efficiently maintained and executed. You will manage policy support for key sales events, ensuring that policies are in place and well-understood, and that we provide support to our partners internally and externally. You will translate policy-speak into responses that best fit the audience, proactively identifying solutions to policy issues, and developing a deep understanding of Amazon Advertising policies. You will share emergent themes and feedback with Policy Managers to inform continuous policy improvement, and participate in operational improvement initiatives to bring efficiency to processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Independently own and manage policy operations SOPs and queues covering critical business functions like high-traffic events and other ticket queues.
  • Own investigating and responding to a high volume of Ad Policy tickets from internal stakeholders.
  • Learn our Ad Policies to provide the right guidance to partner teams.
  • Make consistently accurate decisions on when to escalate complex and sensitive requests to Policy Managers and partner to drive toward a resolution.
  • Identify patterns and themes from a high volume of requests, raising them to Policy Managers for continuous policy improvement and working with operations leads to realize efficiencies.
  • Assess opportunities and potential risks to business operations, including managing operational roadmaps, analyzing data and workflows to identify gaps, driving sustainable efficiencies, and facilitating change communications.

We are a global and diverse team with extensive experience in online advertising and in developing customer experience solutions for highly sensitive and restricted categories of advertising.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
  • Experience establishing successful partnerships with internal and external teams to execute tactical initiatives or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience.
  • Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials.
  • Experience with SQL and Excel.
