What you will do

  • Learn clients\' businesses as if they are your own, including internal priorities. Conduct stakeholder interviews, market and competitor research.
  • Create bespoke digital media strategies prioritized around driving business value; develop a strategic roadmap and work with the Digital Advertising team to implement.
  • Craft compelling stories for client strategies and clearly communicate value of recommendations.
  • Explain strategy and tactics at both executive and practitioner levels.
  • Speak the language of data and communicate it effectively to clients and the internal data team.
  • Prepare clear agendas for internal and external meetings to ensure purposeful outcomes.
  • Lead presentation planning and creation for clients, collaborating with cross-department teams.
  • Stay up to date on digital media trends and industry news relevant to clients and their competitive landscapes.
  • Delegate tasks, set deadlines, mentor the team, and surface wins internally and to clients.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ideate assets, test, and report on performance.
  • Develop unified multi-channel strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic Display; explore additional channels as beneficial.
  • Collaborate with channel experts and team members to deliver best-in-class campaigns and advocate for cross-team initiatives.

What you bring to the team

  • 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns across Search Ads (Google/Microsoft) and Social Ads (Facebook/LinkedIn).
  • 5+ years managing media budgets across platforms with ROAS/CPA targets.
  • 4+ years using Google Analytics (or other web analytics) for reporting, conversion tracking, and attribution.
  • 4+ years of A/B testing on relevant ad platforms.
  • 4+ years in a client-facing role.
  • Experience developing multi-channel strategies that drive significant value.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills; excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for audit-proof campaigns.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to improve and expand client campaigns and channels; not afraid to try new things.
  • Strong sense of urgency, empathy, and ability to prioritize; enthusiastic about mentoring teammates.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback in a kind, effective manner; understands and can manage search and social campaigns.

Preferred

  • Programmatic experience.
  • Google Ads and Meta Certifications.
  • Experience with additional channels such as Amazon, Yahoo, TikTok, OTT, and podcast ads.

Compensation and benefits

Full compensation packages are based on skills and experience. The salary range listed is a guideline for the role; details regarding the benefits package are found in the job description. Compensation range: $112,000—$135,000 USD.
