What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and qualify business opportunities with new and existing customers focused on Audio Visual environments.
- Collaborate across the Audio Visual team including engineering, design and project management to propose and execute best in class solutions.
- Leverage a consultative sales approach to win new business.
- Effectively utilize CRM and other tools to further the sales cycle and follow internal processes.
- Partner with furniture Sales Executives to determine strategies to target Audio Visual business within existing customer base.
- Maintain active knowledge of Audio Visual solutions, including but not limited to unified communications platforms, meeting room design and technology, digital signage.
What You Should Have
- 3-5 years of proven sales and/or Audio Visual experience.
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and with customers.
- Understanding of Audio Visual design to be able to accurately represent solutions to customers.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably within technology, business, or related field.
- CTS certification preferred.
- Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds. Travel between offices, jobsites, and/or client locations may be required, with extended periods of sitting or standing and potential time-zone changes.

Compensation And Benefits
Compensation is comprised of a base salary plus uncapped commissions. On target earnings in this role ranges from $75,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, location, internal equity, and market considerations.
