Working Title: Program Coordinator I for Psychology & Communication

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator will coordinate the services, activities, and offerings for student centered aspects of the Department of Communication and the Department of Psychology programs. This includes organization and development of reports and data analysis as well as day to day activities affecting the overall direction of Communication and Psychology programming. Developing and implementing special projects, marketing and recruitment, some grant writing and administration, supervision of student workers, and budget oversight are included in the role of the position.

Minimum Qualifications

Education Required: Some College.

Experience Required: Administrative/Clerical experience

Preferred Qualifications

Education Preferred: College degree

Experience Preferred:

  • Experience in higher education
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites programs, DocuSign, and Chrome River (or similar expense software)
