KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Initiatives and Communications to join our Sourcing and Procurement organization.


Responsibilities



  • Partner with leadership to craft and deliver high-impact communication materials, including executive presentations, newsletters, training content, and strategic messaging

  • Collaborate with the SSP/TPRM leadership, communications, and project teams to create internal strategic communications plans for projects and programs

  • Coordinate with the organizational communications team on both internal communications and external communications (suppliers, external-facing web pages) focusing on clear, concise, and consistent messaging / branding across all channels

  • Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations to ensure successful adoption of key initiatives

  • Design and execute integrated communication and training campaigns to promote compliance, engagement, and best practices across the sourcing and third-party risk lifecycle

  • Develop and implement a strategy to ensure all internal and external content is reviewed, organized, and refreshed on a periodic basis


Qualifications



  • Minimum eight years of recent and related change communication work experience, ideally supporting a Category Management, Sourcing or Procurement function

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a business and/or related discipline(s) from an accredited college or university required

  • Solid experience in copywriting and editing

  • Proven experience working for a large company driving enterprise change management communications by leveraging change management principles, methodologies, and tools

  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), presentation skills and leadership skills, executive presence & understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay and third-party risk processes preferred
