As our portfolio grows, so do our Community Teams. Mark-Taylor is hiring Community Managers at multiple locations throughout the Greater Phoenix Area. If this community is not the right fit, our recruiters will discuss other opportunities.
As a Community Manager, you will work at one of our beautiful communities and represent Mark-Taylor through the delivery of exceptional customer service for residents and potential future residents while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
- Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
- Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
- Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years people management experience.
- 3+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting.
- Demonstrated coaching and development ability.
- BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
- Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar is especially desirable
- A basic understanding of written and verbal English

The starting rate of pay for Manager of Community Operations is $65,000, commensurate with experience and dependent on the specific community's level of complexity. This position is eligible for monthly bonuses and a wardrobe allowance.
